To qualify for the full refund you must enlist the services of one of the full service agents that we refer to you.  We are able to offer this guarantee because we collect a referral fee from the full-service agent.

Avex only refers top-performing and local real estate agents and we are confident in their sales skills.  Avex will provide at least three full-service agents for your consideration.  You must select one of the referred full-service agents to qualify for the refund.

Refunds are mailed within 30 days of closing of the sale of your property.
